I have a double furnished room to rent in a shared 4 bed house in Shipham, a quiet country village near the town of Cheddar. The village is situated close to the A38 at Churchill and is approximately 15 minutes drive from Bristol airport. The room would best suit someone who is independent and enjoys rural living, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy walking/outdoor pursuits and drinking in nice country pubs!
I currently share with one other girl (we are both in our early thirties) and we are tidy and friendly...always have a good catch up when we find ourselves at home at the same time! Must also be an animal lover as I have two dogs and a cat that live in the house.
The rent is £360 per month and includes all bills and use of the internet. I would consider a reduced rent for weekday only lodgers (please ask me). There is a new bathroom, separate downstairs loo, large lounge diner, fully fitted kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, cooker and standard small appliances) and off-street parking.
