I am subletting my room until the end of my contract in October because I’m moving in with a friend who bought a place. I’ll definitely miss the lovely vibes of this house and I'm not in a rush to leave until we find someone who will get on with my current flatmates.

-Big storage room on the ground floor by the entrance, very convenient for bikes.
-On the first level, very luminous living room and kitchen space, with a lot of exposure (from 3 sides). The living room can accommodate remote working.
-The balcony is accessible from the living room and overlooks the gardens.
-Bathroom and toilets are separate.
-The 3 bedrooms are on the second level.

It is quite small, there isn’t space for a desk.

You would be sharing with 2 young professionals.
One of them works at the NHS and the other one in architecture.
The atmosphere in the house is very friendly, we enjoy spending time together to share a meal or watch a film for example.
We are looking for someone similarly minded who would like to get to know their flatmates and we will make sure we have a good match before I move out.

10 min walk from Wood Green tube station (zone 3, Piccadilly line) and Alexandra Palace station.
It’s a quick walk to the high road but you don’t get any noise from it as the street is calm and the building is surrounded by trees :)
