The room is in a static caravan (6 years old) in a beautiful rural location, 5 miles from Evesham. You will have a double room with an en-suite bath/shower which will give you complrteb privacy from me (being the only other occupant). Some of the time I will be away as I rent a house in Morpeth, exploring my family history. The setting, although amongst other caravans offers you serenity. The river is 150ft from my caravan and offers an ideal location to sit and enjoy the scenery -occasional narrow boats go
By. There is an outdoor swimming pool to enjoy. I enjoy people’s company but I also need time on my own so although I would value watching TV together I also need to be given space. There is also available snooker and Table Tennis and would enjoy a game of that with you. I have a good sense of humour and welcome that in another. I would need to have quietness o regular basis from 10pm -,very occasionally it is acceptable to be after this with prior arrangement. . I don’t have pets and don’t accept them. I require a non smoker but if you do smoke, it will only be acceptable on the outside decking and tidying up after yourself.
