There are six light and airy rooms including two sitting rooms, spread over three floors so there is plenty of room to manouvre. The room is 3. 3 x 3. 4m (10'10" x 11'2") and furnished (items adaptable) with a lovely view and it's own sink.

Rent is £400pcm which includes services/utilities (electricity, oil, water, tv licence, firewood, broadband, Sky tv family package).

I'm a self-employed professional who has the lease on the property. I'm generally sociable and tidy, enjoy having occasional guests and a bit of conversation but understand when people just want to have their own space.
