Double room available in this comfortably furnished house in a residential area of St Johns, close to the University and about a 15 minute walk to the city centre and all amenities. Shared use of a very cosy and comfortable sitting and dining area downstairs. The kitchen is simple but fully equipped if you like to cook. There is one bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet and vanity unit. All bills plus WIFI are included.

There are just the two bedrooms in the house. The other bedroom is occupied by a professional young man who has also just moved in. So it will just be the two of you sharing.

This is not a student house! However, a quiet and conscientious student would be welcome!

I live about a mile away with my family. My husband and I are on hand to keep the communal areas of the house running smoothly.

This house is perfect for anybody wanting a quiet retreat after a busy day at work or study. It is an eclectic mix of furniture and well stocked with books and board games. Certainly not your corporate experience and nothing like a multiple occupancy property. We are more than happy for you to add to the homely feel if you have pictures you want to hang or individual pieces of furniture you want to bring with you. Everybody comments on its lovely atmosphere and welcoming feel.
