I am a 24 year old female currently purchasing a house in Worcester, all being well I will be able to move in in June 2014. I am going back to university as a mature student studying children's nursing in sept, leaving me needing a reliable long term tenant for my spare room to help with bills.
I am very easy going, tidy and easy to get along with. I smoke but will not smoke indoors as I do not like the smell in the house.
I am seeking a friendly, reliable, respectful, clean and tidy female to share my home with. Due to the nature of my course I will be working a variety of shifts so may not be around some of the time.
The double bedroom will be unfurnished and have an en suite with shower, basin and toilet.
