The house is in Foley Road, which is a 2 minute walk to the centre of town and a 15 min walk to the university. It is a 5 bedroom shared house with a communal living room, kitchen and bathroom. It has a large garden and cellar for storage.

Rooms start at £70per week to £85 per week. £85 is for the en-suite bedroom. Rent includes water bills and WiFi.
Bills for electricity and gas are charged at £10 per week.
