Hi there, we are a family with a large 4 bed house in the Arboretum , City Centre Worcester. We are two professionals with 2 children. We are looking for 1 nice lodger. 1 person to take our very bright very nice spare room. We have 2 children so it can be a busy house. Our small kitchen and washing machine area is to share, our dining room is to share but our living room is for our family only. There is a bathroom downstairs that can be solely for you to use if that suits. The room is at the top of the house , its bright, large and quiet. It would suit us better to rent it to someone who is fine with living in a family set up. Professionals or students please apply. We can furnish the room if you want we have a bed , shelves , desk etc, you can use all the kitchen equipment we have. The house is 3 minutes to Foregate Street and very close to the Hive Library. All bills like wifi etc are included. We can go on a week by week basis to start with plus a 2 week deposit. We ideally would like to have someone who would be happy here long term but initially we are totally fine trying it by the week. If we like you the room is yours. Get in touch if you are interested.
