Hi, my name is Rachel, I'm 29 and have a single room to let in a 2 bedroomed flat. Room is available for viewings at present and available for rent from 30th May. 10 mins walk from city centre, 5 mins walk from university, 2 mins from shops/post office/takeaways/phone boxes etc. Looking for someone clean and tidy. Will have the benefit of having the place to themselves 6 days a week as I work evening and weekend shifts and stay at my partners house when working. Am looking for someone easy to get along with and respectful. £85 per week includes rent and bills. Room also comes with free allocated private car parking space.
