A well located house, within walking distance top train station and town centre of Chelmsford Town Centre.

Very respectful, peaceful and tidy tenants looking to add one more tenant from Sept 2023.

Most tenants have been in the house for many years and enjoy quiet and peaceful times. This wouldn't suit a party type person or loud music late.

It suits a professional or hard working student.

The room shares a shower/Bathroom, but there is also a spare toilet on the ground floor, and two of the rooms have ensuite so no need to share with them tenants either.

The kitchen is a good size and there is a house rota for cleaning communal areas, but the main thing is to just keep your own usage tidy.

It seems to work for all that live there.
