Location: walking distance from: city walls (5 mins), pubs, takeaways & Foss Island shops (5-10 mins), York uni (15 mins), bus stop (1 min). On street parking on all the surrounding streets.

Bills included: council tax band B, gas, elec, water, broadband, Netflix (~£150pcm each).

Me: You'd be sharing with me & my border collie (both gluten-free). I'm a fairly quiet scientist who works from home & likes home to be a fairly quiet sanctuary.
