After a long struggle. I managed to get my place. I was supposed to move in with my friend but she can no longer make it, unfortunately.
I am looking for someone over summer and will see how it goes. We may or not extend the contract. I can provide 3m contract for now.
About house:
It is a small room with small double-bed and wardrobe.
The flat has got living room, kitchen, 2 rooms, 1 bathroom and small garden. Located in the city centre. So you dont have to worry about commute costs etc. The rent is 680 pcm.
Flat is fully furnished by me 🙂. Have got main kitchen necessitates and utensils as well.
Kitchen has got small fridge, washing machine and oven. Bathroom has got bathtub (I love it).
I prefer female, student / professional.
Short-term will be considered.
Clean and tidy person. Down to earth.
