Hi. my name is Fleur and I am currently looking for someone to replace my 2024/2025 tenancy in a shared house as I am withdrawing from my studies at the University of York.

It is a three bedroom house, which includes on-road parking, dishwasher, bicycle storage, one bathroom with an additional W/C. The housemates are my two friends Anna and Jen, who are both currently in First Year studying Music. They are both easy going and lovely girls, who love movie nights and days out in the city going to museums, cafes, bookshops and shopping. Additionally, they are very clean and respectful housemates.
Bedrooms have already been assigned, and the bedroom I was going to have is the bedroom on the bottom floor (on slide 6). All bills are included, with TV Licence and WIFI/Broadband. The room has a large single bed, a wardrobe, desk, chair, shelves, bin, and pin boards. Finally, this is a student-preferredlet , meaning that council tax will not have to be paid and you can apply for a student exemption to the City of York council.

The house is a 10-15 minute walk to the University of York, and a 20 minute walk to the city centre. The Green Dykes Lane bus stop that the 67 bus stops at is a 7 minute walk. Additionally, there are multiple bus stops on Hull Road within a few minutes walk. Co-op Food York - Hull Road is a 1 minute walk.

NOTE: The fire door to the front bedroom on the bottom floor will also need to be replaced. The tenancy commences on 1st July however the landlord has estimated that this will take a couple of days to complete these legally required works. This would mean this bedroom's works will be completed around 4th or 5th July. Should this be an issue with moving in, we can discuss this with the landlord.
