The house is very well maintained, rent includes cleaner 1 per month for communal areas.

Looking for a friendly considerate housemates clean and tidy essential in communal areas, and who on a daily basis, if using the kitchen can cook basic meals, but if keen on masterchef dishes ok occasionally sometime.

Overnight guests house rule is for only occasionally not more often than every 3 months for a weekend, so does not suit if planning to host partner regularly.

All bills included , except Council Tax (BAND E) extra £60 room 1 or £85 pcm, if applicable.
