I'm renting out my cute, one bedroom flat, it’s fully furnished. I’m including ALL bills which is £1,750 (winter price would increase to £1800 in November).

It’s available from July 1st, 2024 until October 30, 2024 .

I am flexible but I’m looking for at least July 15-October 15. Nothing shorter!

The flat is light and sunny with a UK king-sized bed. Bathroom has both shower and tub. I have an eclectic mix of modern furniture, plus washing machine, Smart tv, and all other basic amenities.

No parking spot included but there are usually street spaces available. I’d like to mention two things, each room of the flat faces onto the street, we have two sets of windows panes and two sets of blinds but the street is quite active so if you are looking for an extremely quiet flat, this may not be for you!

Also, like most flats in the Hackney, we still have our original bathroom. So you have to turn the water heater/pump on a few minutes before starting your shower. It’s not complicated but it’s something I like to mention for any North American guests (I am originally from Canada) ☺️

The area:
Located on Chatsworth Road with cute local restaurants, shops, cafes and pubs right on the doorstep and a Sunday market every week.

It's 2 mins to the nearest park and 5 mins walk to the Lee Valley canal. It’s also close to various parks including Hackney Downs, Springfield and Victoria Park. London Fields and Broadway market are also just 10 mins by bus from Lower Clapton Road or 30 mins walk.

Transport links:
The area is really well connected, with Homerton overground 10 mins walk away (7 mins on the overground to stratford/ 8 mins to Highbury & Islington/ 35 mins door to door for Oxford Circus). There are also numerous bus routes close by heading to Liverpool Street or central London (242, 38, 55, 48, 253, 106).

Rent:
The price is £1,750 per month, ALL bills (gas, elec, water, council tax & wifi included). I'll also need £500 as a security deposit. I'm looking for self-sufficient, clean, reliable tenant, ONE person only. I have a cat allergy so no pets :(
