Hi there, I'm Stephen, a maths teacher in Norwich. I have two double rooms for rent in my ground floor maisonette.

The first room has a double bed with storage space (£700), while the second room has a double bed and room for storage or a desk (£700pcm). There is a communal living room with a fireplace, and an outside covered patio area which is great for barbecues. In addition there is a kitchen and bathroom. Overall the house is quite unique in character as it’s on a street corner - not a typical terrace you often find in NR2!

The house is in a great location as it's within walking distance of the city centre, but also easy access to the university and hospital.

The house would either suit two friends - professionals or students - looking to rent a bedroom each, or possibly a couple who are looking for a place with a spare bedroom. I am a live out landlord but I live in the upstairs flat, so am easily available if needed.

NB. Bills are included in the rent (£700 per bedroom)
