Good soundproofing. The house is very warm. Internet is available.

I'm looking for someone to take over my room at iQ Elgin Place, which is very close to GSA. The surrounding infrastructure is very good.

I'm thinking of transferring it around May 1st ~ May 30th
I've also reserved it for the years 24-25, so you won't need to move until next year.

My room is a [Silver Studio Plus] with a private kitchen and bathroom. It's on a high floor with floor-to-ceiling windows, so the view is great. Also, there is a double bed and TV. I'll leave the mattress topper that I installed on the bed if you want. It's been used for less than a year!

If you live here, all you need to bring is yourself and your belongings. And you won't have to worry about any management fees either! It's safe, and the staff are amiable. The building has lounges, study spaces, a game room, a cinema, and a gym.
