We are looking for a flatmate to join our house for the 2026/27 academic year. The tenancy runs from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.

The rent is £98 per person per week, with an additional £30 per person per week covering all utilities.

The house is ideally located, just a 15–20 minute walk from the University of Birmingham, a 7-minute walk from Selly Oak train station, and close to local shops and amenities.

The property has spacious rooms and a large garden. You would be sharing with two friendly, tidy, and easy-going 20-year-old male students.
