A nice 3 bedroom property with driveway and parking. Very quiet and close to many nice parks and solihull. It will be myself (36m) happy for male or female as long as they are clean. Room is fully furnished with a brand new mattress. There is a gym in the garage, free to use. Parking space for up to 4 cars. House is always clean, hoovered daily so there no mess and it is constantly clean. Finally i do have 2 kids on the weekend who will be at the property from time to time. They do not stay but a few hours every weekened. Any questions feel free to ask.

My previous room mate was a female doctor who unfortunately had to relocate again because of work. If any females are interested in the house but unsure i am happy to give her contact details so she can give you some feedback on how her stay was.

There is no contract all I need is 1 week notice and your fine to leave. Any questions please feel free to ask.

Property is not yet available but maybe soon as current room mate going through interview process. Must be fully time working, ideally monday to Friday will make exception for the right person.
