Beautiful and spacious one bed apartment on the top floor of the stunning San Remo towers building just a stones throw from the beach in Boscombe, Bournemouth. The location is amazing and it takes just 2-3 minutes to walk to the beach. There are also lots of amenities around with several supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, Aldi and Lidl) within a ten minute walk as well as some lovely bars and eateries on the seafront a 5 minute walk away.

It is a large one bedroom apartment with a good sized dual aspect lounge and dining room area with loads of natural light including stunning south west facing sea views through the patio doors. These doors lead to a balcony with space for a two person table and chairs and an extra seat or two. Also with an absolutely beautiful sea view, perfect for sunsets with a glass of wine.

It has a large modern kitchen with electric hobs and oven, washing machine and loads of storage and work top space. Also with table and chairs as a breakfast eating area.

There is a nice sized bathroom with shower unit over the bath, again modern and in excellent condition.

There is one good sized double bed with good views into the courtyard of San Remo towers.

The bedroom comes with a Queen size bed with an “Emma” brand memory foam mattress, a chest of drawers and a large antique wooden wardrobe. There are also two storage cupboards in the hall way.

A residents parking permit can be applied for for the building although there is a waiting list of a few months for this. There is free parking on the street in the local area and I have never had to park more than a few minutes walk away.

The building itself is a stunning 1930’s landmark building with a beautiful outlook over the sea. It has two large communal roof terraces with panoramic sea views (although the view from the apartments balcony is so good you likely wouldn’t use them!). It comes with a concierge and residents lounge with snooker table.
