Hii!! My housemate is moving out and i really need someone to take over her half of the tenancy so that i dont have to try find somewhere else to live. I have a cat who lives in the living room, but she is super friendly and cuddly and i have 4 rats who all stay in my room. Im a trans man and i struggle with anxiety so i just want someone i can feel comfortable living with and hopefully be friends with!
Its a double room, we have a garden, a lovely big bathroom with a walk in shower, and then the kitchen/living area is all open plan. Its a really nice place to live and theres plenty of parking on the street if needed. I will ask my landlord about additional pets if you need me to.
