We are looking for someone to join our 4 bed flat in Redland since our friend is moving out in June.

The room is slightly bigger than 4m x 2m and comes with wardrobe, bed, and drawers.

She is also selling desk with a flip up mirror for £50.

There is a large living room, a kitchen with all white goods, and a bathroom with standing shower. Council tax band D. Monthly bills are around £135.

It's a perfect location just off Whiteladies road with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and only a 5 mins walk to the downs. Clifton down station is also just down the road.

A bit about us : there's 2 boys and 1 girl and we are all friends from school who've lived in the flat for 3 years now. We're a pretty quiet bunch that enjoy the occasional pub outing, films, games and telly.
