Hi we have a double room available to rent on spike island due to a housemate moving in with his girlfriend.

It’s abit smaller but to make up for that the rent is very cheap and you have built in wardrobes so there is still room for a desk and other cupboards.

You would be living with 3 males who are sporty and have become friends through the house. If you are looking for a house to make friends and be social with the house it’s perfect. We are all working professionals.

The room rent is 545 so with bills included it comes to 645 which is so good for the area.
