A peaceful quite sedate space, one housemate is deep in PhD study and the other an elder who WFH a lot. It’s not a party house. It has a warm , friendly and homely atmosphere. Not suitable if you anticipate socialising in the flat to as we don’t have a sitting room or much dining area in our kitchen. Council /water tax and bills are covered. This ideal for people into meditation as one housemate is a practising Buddhist.
