Very large 2nd floor room in a family home, with ensuite toilet and shower room. We are a professional couple with two children and three cats.

The room is furnished and is very spacious. It is on the 2nd floor up two flights of stairs. The ensuite bathroom has a toilet, basin and shower. Please note that as the shower is in the eaves of the roof the ceiling is not very high - tenants over 6 feet tall might find it a bit cramped!

The house is in a great location for Reading University (2 minute walk to Earley Gate), Earley station and public transport to Reading town centre. A friendly street with shops very close by and other amenities in walking distance including several green spaces.

All bills included. Household consumables like laundry liquid and toilet paper also included. We are trying to be an eco-concious family and would welcome a housemate sympathetic to this.

There is a shared kitchen, dining/living area and garden. We have some off street parking and would be happy to have a discussion about shared use of this. We have electric car charging and a lockable shed for bike storage.
