To share an impressive fully furnished, spacious and quiet detached house in the village of Sheriff Hutton (YO60 which is half way between York & Malton, North Yorkshire). Location on this website is not recognised but the map is accurate.
Sheriff Hutton has a village shop & post office, pub and lots of countryside all on our doorstep.
There's a large open kitchen-dining-room. Dedicated lodger fridge & storage space.
Easy 20 minutes commute to York (10 miles). Personal transport needed for commute due to semi-rural location & infrequent bus service.
Off street parking.
We're looking for a regular part-time arrangement for 4 nights per week arranged in advance.
Alternatively, we may consider a temporary full time short term let.
Sorry - not wanting anyone working from home as we’re shift workers and sleep in the daytime on occasions. Note also that we have 2 affectionate dogs who live in the shared kitchen/dining room.
Potentially, 2 double bedrooms, both ground floor, available which share an adjacent shower & toilet room. We don’t usually let the rooms separately so you can have exclusive use of the bathroom during your stay (to be discussed).
Rent depends on the number of nights & term - get in touch to discuss your requirements and/or come and view.
