**THE ROOM**
Room for rent, with plenty of space under the comfortable loft bed bed for studying, working, and relaxing.

A large box window let's in lots of Aberdeens beautiful silver light and the room has been decorated with a clean and minimalist feel. It has a double wardrobe, a desk, and a comfortable chaise lounge for reading and relaxing. The high ceilings mean the loft bed doesn't feel cramped against the roof, with plenty of space to move around and enjoy the new memory foam double mattress.

**THE APARTMENT**
Shared access to a living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

A comfortable living room is perfect for relaxing, and listening to music. There is a hi-fi system waiting for your vinyl.

There's a 32inch HD TV. An HDMI cable has been left for east connection to a Laptop or games console. WiFi is high speed, with good connection throughout the house.

The kitchen has all the essentials. The breakfast bar provides another workspace when needed and is a great place to eat.

The bathroom has everything you need. A shower, bath, sink and mirror. And a toilet, surprisingly enough. The bathroom is the next on the list to be decorated, so there may be work done here at some point in the near future. Please keep that in mind if you don't want any building work interrupting your peace and quiet.

**THE LOCATION**
15 minute walk from city centre, with loads of local shops and services within 50 metres. Union Square shopping centre, central station and bus depot are all within 10 minutes walk.

A bus route to Aberdeen University is within 3 minutes walk (Number 20).

Various shops are nearby. There's a Tesco, a Spar, a Subway and then the usual selection of corner shops, convenience stores, take aways, sun tan salons, bakers, chemist's, hair dressers etc. There is also a polish supermarket and a polish delicatessen close by.

**THE BILLS**
Gas and WiFi included. Electricity is a pay as you go meter. Gas may be changed to pay as you go in the near future, so please be aware of this.
