I sleep in the single room normally only 3 nights during the week (Mon-Wed), as I work in Aberdeenshire 3 days and then commute back to Glasgow where I live in another property with my wife. I will keep a low profile around the house generally so there will be plenty of privacy and space for the other 2 housemates.
