Please note that the contract is for 12 months, short term lets are not considered- the landlords do not like us changing names on the contract inbetween the contract renewal time

The house is super modern, spacious and light. The shared bathroom is used by 3 housemates, and there is an extra toilet connected to the laundry. Big lounge, kitchen and dining rooms, garden and garage.

The house is about a 6 minute walk to Acton Central. We have a Sainsburys Local about 2 mins away, a big Morrisons about 10 mins away, and Acton Town Station is a 15 minute walk (piccadilly line 24 hours on weekends).

Bills are roughtly £110/person and that covers everything (even a cleaner and ever tv channel you could want). The rooms can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference.
