This is a bright, airy room in our family home in Acton Town, West London with great transport links (Piccadilly and District Line, & Overland from South Acton). Acton boasts many good food shops and coffee shops. The room would suit a busy professional or student who would benefit from a tranquil environment at the end of their day. The room has great views across our garden where there are beautiful mature trees. We have two school-aged children in the house so would suit someone who is happy being around a family who rise early to leave for school and work.

About Us:
Husband and wife, an architect and a filmmaker. We like a peaceful atmosphere, home-cooked food, and nature. We try to use as little chemicals as possible around the home whilst keeping it lovely and clean. We occasionally work at home during the day (e. g. once a week) and during school holidays would be around during the day more.

The Neighbourhood:
• An abundance of good coffee shops and restaurants too.
• 10 minutes from lovely pub The George and Dragon
• Our home is in a very quiet street with Gunnersbury Park and Museum a 15 minute walk away.
• Local shops include Morrisons (9 min), Lidl (8 min)
• Local Petrol Station, Spar (5 min)
• Dry-cleaners, hairdressers, barber, deli shop, gift shops, beauty salons, shopping centre (ranging from 5 - 15 minutes walk)
• Various gyms available in the area and swimming and library at Everyone Active Acton (10 minutes)
• Westfield 20 mins by bus
• Friendly area with lovely neighbours

What’s included:  Rent includes Wi-fi, water, gas, electric, heating, all bed linen and towels supplied (though not changed for you). Your room will be cleaned once a week as part of the service.
