Due to unforeseen circumstances, my friend has sadly had to depart from this flat and I’m looking for a cool person to take his room.


We’d love to get someone in soon, so we’re offering £100 off for the first 3 months, making the rent £775, then £875 thereafter.
About the flat:
This is a lovely top floor flat with a modern kitchen/lounge area, sleek bathroom and most importantly a cosy double bedroom with ample hidden storage! Lots of natural light floods both the living area and bedrooms which if you’re anything like me is a big bonus. A stones throw away from the Lizzie line makes this a very convenient place for heading into the city centre. For summertime there is also our own private garden area at the back of the house, ideal for having friends over.

About you:
I’m looking for someone who’s a little bit of me - Chilled out, friendly and sociable. I’m not a tyrant with cleaning but an ideal flatmate would be respectful of their share of duties and cleaning. Perhaps most importantly I’d like someone I can have a laugh with, if you’re into music and films then I’m sure we’ll get on fine haha. I work a 9-5 office job so don’t mind at all if you work from home.

Looking for someone to move in soon. Would ideally have someone in for at least the remainder of this 12 month contract (2nd November) but open to shorter lets.
