Hi,
I am looking for a replacement tenant(must be a STUDENT!) to take over the tenancy of my Classic Ensuite at Therese House in Farringdon.
The location is super central (Farringdon, London) with the Barbican station in 3 minute reach!

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, shelves, chair and has its own bathroom. The kitchen is very spacious and clean and is shared with other 5 flatmates. My room is on the 3rd floor so gets enough sun, people are all nice and quiet.

The rent is £325 pw(including all bills, internet, reception and maintenance services). The tenancy runs until 2nd of September 2022.

The student accommodation is currently all sold out online but if you would be interested in taking over my room just write me!
