We (Ellie and Nathan) are looking for an individual or couple to take a room in our two bed flat as our flat mates are sadly moving out due to buying a house.

The room is very large with an ensuite and floor to ceiling windows on one wall which means it’s gets loads of light. The room will be fully furnished (storage bed, sofa, chest of drawers, built in wardrobes, bed side tables). There is loads of storage as the wardrobes have hanging space and deep shelves at the top as well as there being a storage bed. The ensuite has a spacious rainfall shower and bathroom cabinets.

Nathan and I have the room bathroom downstairs so there is a good amount of privacy. However we would share a large open plan living room, kitchen and dining room as well as the amazing terrace which overlooks a park and is really quiet. There is currently scaffolding on the terrace as the cladding has been replaced, however this is being removed at the moment and should be complete in a couple of months.

The flat is located just off Old Street Roundabout and is less than a 5 minute walk from Old Street Station, 10 minutes to Liverpool Street and 15 minutes from Shoreditch High Street. There are pubs, shops and restaurants on the doorstep and is super central to get to other areas of London.

Nathan and I are both in our late twenties/ early 30s working full time. We both work in the office most days, and are out in the evenings a couple of nights a week. When we are in, we enjoy cooking and having tv/game nights as a flat. We like to keep our flat nice and clean so would appreciate someone similarly minded. Other than that we are pretty chilled out and sociable.

The rent includes all bills (council tax, water, electricity, wifi, cleaner twice a month)
