We are looking for preferably for someone who is aged between 23 to 32 (similar age to the current residents), working, and not a smoker.

The flat is on the corner of Goswell road and Lever Street, and so is only 1 min walk to City Uni at Northampton Square. It is also only 9 mins walk to Angel tube station and hence close to the popular pubs and restaurants on Upper Street. It is also near the many bus routes on Goswell Road and City Road.
All rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of draws and a desk.
We have very fast and unlimited 100 mb wireless internet.
The other three tenants are European female workers. They are in their 20’s.
