We are currently looking for a new flatmate to take over in a 3 bedroom one bath apartment located in the heart of Whitechapel.

The flat is less than a 5 min walk to the tube station and is just across the road from a large Sainsbury’s. We’re well situated on the 4th (top) floor and have a roof terrace above us that very few people use apart from ourselves, it runs the length of the building and is one of the major attractions of the place - summer barbecues are actually elite.

We’re two guys aged 23 and 26 from England and Spain respectively, who both work regularly throughout the week.

we’re quite active, going to the gym through the week and playing 5 aside football on the weekends. We both like cooking and often chill in the kitchen with some music and some beers. Generally very chill around the house we’re looking for someone who wants to be involved in the flat.

Ideally you’re a young professional who likes being active, is clean, likes walking round London and enjoys a drink.
