I’m looking for a housemate to replace my lovely current one who will be moving abroad :(

I have a lovely homely well furnished 2 Bedroom apartment with a room to let - Double room with King Size bed with Private Master Bathroom 🏡 Free Private Parking .

The apt has a lovely open living & dining room . The apartment has Free Private off road Parking & Beautiful large landscaped communal gardens which are enjoyed in Sunny ☀️ periods . The Neighbours are super friendly - we re all like a BIG family 🫶🏽

I’m a 39 year old professional and young at heart - work hard & travel harder , lm very clean ( OCD clean like Monica from friends ) respects privacy but Im also friendly & sociable :)

I’m regularly travelling abroad as I lived & worked internationally in my entire twenties and Im regularly away at wknds visiting family & friends who live in the South .

I work long hours but when I’m free I enjoy festivals , brunches , eating out ; catching up with friends in MCR and out of MCR or simply Netflix & evenings in .

Looking for someone likeminded as in professional , tidy , respectful and friendly . I don’t mind Male or Female housemates and / or LGBT 🏳️‍🌈

Please kindly DO NOT request or message if you WFH Full Time and Sadly there is no space in the room for a desk to be placed as it has a king size bed in the room .

The apartment is walking distance to the Tram and super close to Manchester airport ✈️ - it’s why I’m jumping on a plane frequently .

No WFH Full Time housemates .

I request to initially agree to a 3 month letting with a view to extend for 3 months and so on . This way we both can have the decision to extend rather feeling tied in long term .

I do prefer Mon - Fri letting only £569 monthly

But I have previously had 7 days letting which will be at £789 per month incl some Bills : Council Tax , Internet Wi-Fi , TV Licence & Netflix , Amazon Prime.

Bills NOT included and will be shared are ; Gas, Water & Electricity (approx £70 per person per month )

For those not familiar with the area - Altrincham ( Alty ) has been voted as the most desireable place to live in Manchester ; not to forget THE Altrincham Market

It’s a straight short sharp route to MCR City centre - I have the best of both worlds Altrincham & MCR City Centre .

It’s also minutes away from the M6 motorway and the Manchester ring roads to be getting to other areas of Greater Manchester .
