We have a lovely double room available in our home from December, to move in from the 13th

Ideally, the person joining us will be relaxed outgoing, and willing to join a friendly household. You will be living with Blanca, 23 from Spain who works in fashion, Alice, 23 from York who works in Fashion, and Olivia, 25 working in fashion.

We live in a 4 bedroom duplex in the heart of Hoxton. Just 10 minutes walk to Columbia road or 15 minutes away from Brick lane! This a very convenient place to commute from since we’re located just off Hoxton street, 10 minutes walk to Old Street Station and 5 to Shoreditch High Street. Excellent night bus links and very close to an overground.

The flat itself is 4 bedrooms, all upstairs, a spacious living room and kitchen with separate toilet and bathroom, all downstairs. We like to keep the place clean and organised as we treat it as our home. However we are not at all freakish about it. We also have an outside area, great when we’re having people over for a BBQ in summer :)
