We live on the Accordia Estate and can offer the best of both worlds, a central location, with beautiful local greenery and walks. We have availability during the summer break- from the middle of July to mid September.
Our lodger will have space and privacy, but we re happy to have a chat. It is worth knowing this is a family home , and we do have the hustle and bustle of family life so we're looking for someone who is busy and enjoys this kind of environment; however for most of the summer we are likely to be away so you would have the house to yourself mainly. We would like to have a female lodger only due to the set up :)
We have a small garden and plenty of car or bike parking. Bills are included up to a fair usage amount which will be mutually agreed beforehand.
We re hoping to have someone join us who likes cats, we ve got two who like their cuddles.
