Existing housemates, Grace and Patrick (couple), a master student and a professional commuting to London. Looking for someone respectful, clean and sociable.

Obviously, an understandably awkward time to be moving and so can send as much information and photos as we possibly can. Video viewing will best way to go about things but here to accommodate as much as possible.
