I am looking for a young working professional to move into a double room (the bed is king size) in my house on Mawson Road.
Room comes with a 50 inch TV and is fully furnished. Additional hanging storage has recently been installed to the right of the TV. (Not pictured).
The house is just off Mill Road, in a great location for all amenities and is only 7 min walk from Cambridge Train Station.
The house is more of a home than a rental so I am looking for someone who will take care of it while I am not there.
The rental price includes all bills (Gas, electricity, council tax (band E), water, virgin internet [250mbps], tv license etc)
Cleaners will be coming every two weeks and are included in the price.
