Quiet, clean and warm flat to share in the Cambridge city area Mondays to Fridays - with some weekends available as an additional option.

Bathroom priority given to sharer in the mornings. Bedding and towels can be provided.

Room on offer: sofa, bed and desk with chair, wardrobe, shelf, chest of drawers. Facing on to gardens. Very light with a large window. Blackout blind, insect blind.

I am looking for a quiet, clean and tidy woman to share my well-heated home. It is a first floor maisonette with a large drive for parking two cars with ease. Garden for a bike.

New carpets throughout. New kitchen with washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer. Broadband and all household bills included. Gas central heating (sharer lets me know what time they would like the heating to come on in the mornings and the place will be warm before the sharer gets home) with new Combi boiler and new radiators throughout.

Addenbrooke's 3 miles away. 12 mins by car when little/no traffic.

Science Park 3.9 miles. 9 mins by car when little/no traffic.

Bus services to the town centre and station close by (Citi 3). Easy and frequent access to Anglia Ruskin. (Or 30 min walk.)

Cambridge International Airport 0.6 mile, 12 min walk.

Parade of shops with take-aways 0.2 mile, 3 min walk (McDonalds, pizza, Chinese, fish and chips), a Spar with a cashpoint machine inside and a pharmacy.

It is 0.9 miles from a large Sainsbury's.

Suit female professionals and mature minded students who travel home on weekends. I accept short lets.

Gas and electric safety certificates. Smoke, CO and heat detectors. Secure entry system.

Only myself to share with. There is usually a cleaner once a fortnight which means that generally the sharer only needs to clean up after herself from day-to-day activities (e. g. washing-up).

Deposit is held in case of damage and no-show. Rolling sharer agreement unless for a specified time period.
