We are looking for a new housemate! Room is available immediately.

This is a furnished upstairs double room with a shower room. There is a shared toilet downstairs.

Rent includes all bills including broadband, use of washer/dryer, 42 inch tv in the lounge Netflix/Amazon. There will also be a bi-weekly cleaner and fairly regular garden maintenance.

5-10 minute walk to train station, bus station, university, high street, city centre, leisure centre/gym - we're close to everything! Small garden with table and chairs, BBQ, ping pong table and a shed for storing your bike/other possessions.

My brother (Lee 31) and his friend (Sam 21) currently live in the property. Lee is a self-employed table tennis coach so his hours vary and Sam is a student at the university down the road. They are easy going and sociable. We're looking for a new housemate and it's very important to us to find compatible people to live with, so let's arrange a time for you to come see the house and have a chat.
