I have a room to let in my flat in Chelmsford City Centre. The flat is very close to the train station, less than a minute away. The High Street and shops are about 10 minutes away. Anglia Ruskin University is a 15 minute walk.

I am renting the flat and you will get your own room with a double bed, wardrobe and a couple bedside tables. It is a double bed, but I think it would be too small to comfortably fit two adults. See photos for the room size.
There is a shared living room and a balcony. You will have a bathroom with shower to use just for yourself in the hallway.
Bills are included. But unfortunately, there is *NO broadband/Wi-Fi,* you will have to use your own mobile data. There is also no parking.
