Hello.

We have a double bedroom available for a rent and we are only looking to rent the room to a female tenant please at low price of £350, please note we are only renting the room until 1st of July.

This is a flat with 2 bedrooms which is 5 minutes away from the town center, me and my wife live in this flat and we are using lounge and 1 bedroom for ourselves, all bills will be included and room is available to rent straight away. Please note our kitchen is slightly small so there is a limited space available in there, a spare fridge is available to store your food.

The place is on new London road (moulsham area) and is very close Virgin Active gym and to the town center. This is perfect for you if you work somewhere in the town. University is around 20 mins away and Rail station is about 13 minutes away depending on how fast you walk, cycling will be allot quicker too. So if you are student university is not far away either.

The room has a double bed in it, a small cabinet and a 5 drawer chest cabinet, a wardrobe. Internet is included in the rent but there is no tv license for this flat at the moment so if you watch tv you will have to apply for tv license yourself.

Please note we are looking for someone who wants to take the room for maximum of 3 months. Rent will be paid monthly in advance and 1 whole month notice will be required from the date rent due date before moving out of the room.

1 month advance security deposit and one month rent will be required to move in and when moving out of the room the 1 month advance security will be returned on the last day.

No couples please.
