Chelmsford - single room in Student shared house 15 min walk to Uni and Town Centre. (Students only apply please) I am looking to fill the room with a female student to balance the male/female ratio in the house.

Furnished single room £520 per month -fully inclusive of all bills available 15th July , currently the house is a mixed share with other students.

Room is furnished with single bed (with draws under), wardrobe, chest of draws, desk and chair, clean tidy student room in refurbished clean house , Easy walking distance to uni or town center (15 mins) and on cycle route into town. also a bus service into town/Broomfield hospital.

House is over 3 floors with fully equipped communal kitchen/diner and lounge on ground floor. there are 2 toilets, bathroom and shower room, Large Garden with shed and parking, broadband.

Available to a Female student, £300 deposit refundable when you leave , and rent payable monthly in advance. Tidy, dedicated student required- this is not a “Party House”!
