Room to let for January, possibly longer, in a recently refurbished house in the Mill Road area. I am away for work for almost the whole month, so you would have the place to yourself mostly.

This would suit someone:
- moving to Cambridge before starting a course
- or someone visiting for a short holiday / digital nomad
- in the city for a short stay to visit relatives

- 10 min walk from the main Cambridge Station
- House with small garden/yard where you can securely store a bike
- Single female landlord in 30s lives here, travels a lot for work so you’d have the place to yourself for most of the the month!
- Room is a small double - only suitable for single occupancy
- Non smokers only
- New kitchen with oak worktop, induction hob, oven and boiling tap (no microwave)
- Sorry there is no TV! but there is a monitor you can use to set up a larger screen in your room if you'd like that
- 10 min walk to town
- 1 minute to several grocery shops, take away places, restaurants, pubs, coffee, pharmacy etc
