Hi,
My name is Jose (32 y. o.), and I’m a postdoc at the Gurdon Institute.
I’m looking for a housemate to join me in the house I’ve been living in for the past two years.
The property is located on Stanley Road (CB5 8LB), in a quiet area right by the river and green spaces like Midsummer Common and Stourbridge Common. It’s also very close to Aldi (6 min walking) and the Beehive Shopping Center (5-10 min walking) and 10 min by bike to the city center
The available room is a south-facing double room (9.24m2) with plenty of natural light and a built-in wardrobe.
The house is totally equipped and furnished (except for the available room). The house includes:
 A garage, which we used to keep the bikes and store other items
 A private garden at the back of the house.
 A bathroom and a separate toilet
 A fully equipped kitchen
 A spacious living room
 Parking space at the front door
Tenancy would begin at the end of December, with a minimum commitment of 6 month. Rent is £550 per month (bills not included). An estimation can be between 100-200 pounds.
