I live in Birmingham on broad street heart of birmingham city centre in apartments called broadway residences and i’ll be away till september from April so i’m looking to rent out the second room, it’s a two bed apartment with another female currently in the first room. This price is just for one room though. If by chance you wanted to keep it after September we could renew the contract in your name.
