My current flatmate is leaving in mid-March and I am looking for someone aged between 26-38 to replace her. My preference is someone reliable and relatively organised, and who will keep the flat in a clean and tidy state.

The room available is the master double room with en-suite, which is furnished and has a fitted wardrobe.

In the flat, there are 2 bedrooms, a main bathroom and an open living space/kitchen. There is a balcony, and one parking space allocated to the flat (which I am currently using). If an additional parking space is required, this can be requested at a charge.

The block of flats itself is centrally located, in close proximity to the Mailbox, HSBC, library and just a short walk from New Street Station. You will have free access to the residents’ gym and there is a 24 hour concierge available.

The price of 625 consists of rent, council tax and all bills per calendar month. 625 has been worked out as the average over the last 12 months, but can be a bit lower or higher each month.
