I unfortunately have to leave the country due to family issues so I need someone to take over the tenancy on July.

All students welcome.

The price is 155 GBP per week, however, I am willing to make the offer very nice this (get in touch for further details).

All payments will be made to Unite Students directly, following the tenancy agreement.

The room is available from July 2022 until the 6th January 2023 (you can speak to Unite Student and extend the contract further, if need be).

I am looking for someone to take over. Viewings available every day.

The flatmates are all friendly, clean and respect each other's privacy.

- Tesco, Costa Coffee, Wok To Wok, Greggs, Ryman are all within the campus (about a 2-minute walk)
- 24-hour grocery store, Nisa Local, is just opposite Mary Sturge.
